After considerable evaluation, the HOA Board unanimously voted on July 25th to end its relationship with Homestead Property Management.  At the same time, the Board decided to manage our Association through an on-line software solution.  Residents will receive a letter from the Board futher explaining the decision and explaining the new process.   A Welcome/On-Boarding video will be provided to residents in the near future.  The Dunhill Park Board of Directors is looking forward to these changes for both effective HOA management and cost savings.  

The Dunhill Park Board has set October 21st for the 2024 HOA Annual Meeting.  The meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m. Please save the date and time. 

 

A  Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to all members as we get closer to the date. The meeting will include election of one HOA Board member for a two-year term. Self-nomination forms as well as proxy voting information will be distributed by early October.
